Big "Thank You" to Stan!

I have to give Stan a huge "Thank You" for helping me out on Sunday... I had a rear brake caliper bracket come loose (again... last time it was the caliper, this time it was the bracket) on my way up to the DCTC autocross on Sunday, which put me in a bit of a predicament...

Luckily, I was able to call Stan, who came over to pick up a bolt, go shopping for a matching one, and even put my car back together for me while I was at the drivers' meeting.

People like Stan are what makes this club great! I hope I can return the favor (although, under better circumstances... like a PLANNED upgrade, not a breakdown)

Thanks Stan!!!

Derek, it was no problem.  I'm just glad I was able to find another metric bolt and help out!

I won't forget your offer to help on an upgrade.  The disk brakes/alignment would be a potential project!  biggrin

I just need to be more vigilant with the locktite... :o I did locktite the calipers to the abutments, and the brackets to the housing, but didn't locktite bolts through the abutments into the brackets.
