Meeting called to order by President Mitch Despen at 12:15 PM at the SMN in St. Paul.
A total of 11 members were present.
Treasurer Terry Didion reported the bank account balance to be $2,033.07.
Discussion was held about a need to address updating the forum with other vendors. A meeting of the officers will be scheduled in the near future to discuss the issue.
A discussion was held about future years parking at SMN. (After the meeting Ian, Jon and Mitch met with Bob Eldridge, allegedly the individual in charge of parking at SMN. A request was made to get parking near the club's historical corner. Discussion was held about trying to buy a "block" of possibly 10 parking spots geographically close to each other by the club and then either selling them to individual members or figuring a sharing program where the spots will be utilized by multiple members while reimbursing the club for the cost of the initial purchase. This issue will be discussed in detail in a future post.)
