The members area has a separate log in, is that what you are referring to as "logged in" ? If that isn't working, we need to get Steven to allow access. We've come across this with the 2 new members, so I MAY be getting a handle on how to deal with this.

I do have a login so I think you are tight in needing to check a box to give me access. I used the email link to email "admin" with my issue..

Alright, let's see if Steven responds to that. I do have other contact info for him, if that doesn't work. I'm going to PM you the current pass words to compare with what you have.

Same kind of issue here. I’ve been trying to find out the password, just gave up.

We chatted about this at the last get-together at Karl's a little bit, Unless things have changed since I was "Webmaster"...
There are basically 3 tiers of access to our discussion forum:
1) "Joe Blow on the Internet" stumbles across us, and is able to view all of the public areas. He cannot start new topics/threads, nor respond/reply to existing ones.
2) "Joe" likes what he sees, and would like to interact & post/comment. He creates a username/handle & password, submits it, and gets approved by the webmaster. Joe is now able to reply and create new topics in the publicareas of the forum. (He is what could be called a "registered user", but he is not a paidmemberof Northstar Chevelle Club.)
3) "Joe" really likes what he sees, pays his annual dues, and becomes a memberof Northstar Chevelle Club. His "registered" status (on the forum) should now be upgraded to "member" status by the webmaster. At this level he should be able to see/access the "Member's Only" sections of the forum.
My guess is that you guys are still stuck in the "registered user" catagory... not "members".

Got a text from Steve... He has updated Chad & Bill's status. They should be able to access member's only areas.

Do you have the members only log in info, Chad ?
