Time to just give up with all of the projects on hand. I had talked to a friend who asked if the money for the Vette-Kart would be better spent on the wagon. So with a 17 y/o son who has all ambition and a summer free to work on the wagon that's the plan. Aaron is taking welding in school so he gets to practice stich welding a lot of things on the floors when it gets back from a shop installing the floor pan. Giving up on doing the C4 suspension front and rear and just going to buy a full kit. Will get input from Derek and others as to what to chose and avoid. all of the additional things I'm just going to hire out.
I'm still months away from a full recovery on my FORTH ROTATORCUFF surgery. Still have issues from the concussion 4 years ago and other accidents. Plus as Jamie pointed out once you hit 50 that check engine light comes on. I don't plan on spending my year helping with the political campaigns, it has taken enough time already. I can give $100 to my local candidate's and receive it back from the state through the PCRC form. Any money beyond that is out of my pocket and goes to the folks I know so weekends should be free.

When the 92 Camaro is out of storage in spring that is up for sale
Selling the SD Vortec Intake manifold and the full TPI system to go with it.
Haven't decided if I will sell any other toys, but some who knows.
Just reevaluating what I have in my life, and what I want to do with it. Time to cleanup all these little projects and as was pointed out hopefully she won't sell it for what I said I paid for it.

Nothing wrong with evaluating and purging. At my age, I should have done it when I moved, but didn't have the time. Over the next 9-10 months, I may be following that path too.

I wish I had that clarity.
My short attention span requires that I juggle multiple projects. Current priorities NO particular order:
Suburban interiors. 3/4 ton 8.1 suburban "freshening" Sell a couple of suburban drivers. Sell three G-body ElCaminos.
Stay in the hunt for 1956 Bel Air Stuff. Assemble balance of 427 drivetrain, Differential and (acquire M-23) trans set up for Biscayne. Swap differential (4:11) into Biscayne. Install electric fan and aluminum radiator into Biscayne. Blue Elky will get energized when my rotisserie returns.
Most of my inventory is for sale, if the price is right, Biskwik and some ElCaminos excluded.
This is the short list. This is my recreation. No major capital projects at the "Treasure Chest" (toy-box) this year. Need a new deck at home.
I keep reminding my family that when I am gone, they are fully authorized to have an Auction if they choose. Trying to stay organized enough to make it easy for them.
Dave your plan make great sense, this stuff is all about fun!!

I'm fortunate that I've got an inherent "rev limiter"... No Space... and I'm a cheap bastard that won't pay for storage/square footage.
Blackie's in the garage across the street in a labor exchange deal (snow removal for storage). The Roadster is in the garage, and my 60K mile '13 F-150 sits outside.
Trust me guys... if I had the space/shop/buildings that some of you do, I'd be up to my azz in iron!!

Now looking at what a full suspension will cost me. I sold so much of what I did have that I do need now like the 10bolt posi carrier.
Going to take some time to get most of the things I have now sold to make room and rebuild funds AGAIN! Did find and extra set of Corvette
brakes for the rear that I'll need to refresh and install. What bites is the rebuilt posi rear for the Camaro I haven't installed and stuck a bunch
of cash into. All ready to go in and I may sell it separate from the car when I sell it or use as a bargaining chip.

You've got room to extend the garage another stall forward and have space for 4...

1 acre = 43,560 square feet. Treasure chest sits on 2.75 acres.
We are all at a different place in our lives.
No way could I have done many of the things many of you all have already done at your ages.
Too busy trying to help people with their car problems.
I loved it and still do.
Will be 70 this year, been lucky and had some successes. Still get a kick out of going to the shop every day.
We all know how fragile life and good health is.
Keep having fun, take care of the relationships that are important, will = few regrets!
Do what works for YOU! Chart your course in life.
