Thanks to Chris P. referral , I found out A-Blast Sandblasting (21473 Johnson St NE, East Bethel-Behind Moonshine Whiskey on Hwy 65) is right in my backyard.
I dropped off a box of parts on Wednesday at noon, and they were ready today.
He charges a $40 min., and that's what it cost for my box of parts.
The blasting quality on the parts is much better than when I stood at a small blast cabinet all day, so well worth the $40. He said he can blast anything up to 50 ft. in length.
That does look like a nice job, not pitted from aggressive media and too much pressure.

That does not cover the cost of media and wear and tear on equipment plus the time spent. I need some big things blasted but the local guys I have tried have not been what they claim.

I just had him blast my front inner fenders. Charged me $50 per fender cause they had a lot of undercoating on the underside. He warned me of the price ahead of time and they turned out great. Now just waiting on paint...
Bill was great to work with and had them done when he said he would.

Highly recommended if you're in the north metro!
