This has been a dream/ambition of mine since my early teens, and has finally come to fruition.
Think Texas, England, and Massachusetts............

Texas = Carroll Shelby
England = AC Motors
Massachusetts = Factory Five Racing
Just got my confirmation & build date today. A Mk4 Roadster kit, set up for the Coyote 5.0, TKO-600, and Mustang '15-'17 IRS. A frame, body, and about 30 boxes of parts will be showing up mid-May.
Talking to another vendor about a crank-hub to tailcone seal setup for the Coyote & Tremec.... Ford Racing crate engine, and .82OD 5-speed.
If you ballast up to 2450lbs, you'll be SCCA CAM-S class legal.
How big of tires can you fit?

The color is going to be a collaboration with Sheryl... Red, Blue, Copper, White... dunno - that's probably a year down the road.
The tire/wheel package I chose is 17/9's w/ 245's Front, 17/10.5's w/ 315's Rear... Nitto rubber & Halibrand repro's. (If I don't get on a diet, ballasting won't be an issue)
A bigger garage isn't an option. Having "two roosters in the henhouse" may be a problem (hint hint), tech sessions aren't - unless working on an "F" car is verboten. We'll see...
A "zero-mile take out" rotor to rotor IRS rear-axle assembly (2016 Mustang GT) arrived yesterday, the powertrain supplier is pending on a final quote.

430+HP in a 2100lb. car should be fun.
That will be a fun project.
Even more fun at Powercruise!
That will be sweet John!
Is that the color you're thinking? I like it!
Very cool. But I think you are going to need a bigger garage and I see some future tech sessions at your place.
