I have a ticking sound and want to check valve lash to ensure that they are correct.

I am wondering if anyone has a old style 4 bolt small block valve cover already cut out in the center for this job that will contain the oil mess?

I made some years ago but my cousin has them in Chippewa Falls. I was hoping someone closer had one I could use???
