Mom's moving into a new house end of the month, so I've started to get some of my Shtuff out of there.
One of the bigger pita's to move was my Dads Snap-On roller cab & top box.
I bought mine in the late '80's, his is from the late '40's. His nickname back in the day was "Stroke"... as he was the guy to go to for a snotty, stroked flat-head Ford that would live. (If you look close you can see the name in greasepencil on the lid)
Oh-oh, are you losing Blackies winter hibernation space ?

Yup... He's back home in the 40 Watt, and the F-150 gets snowed on... for the time being.
Mom's been in a 3-level townhome for the last 25+ years, and the 5-stairs up/down to get anywhere is getting old.
She wants to downsize, and move to single-level living.
She's found a nice setup in a Senior community in Hopkins. (She also found a BANG-ZOOM realtor who marketed the townhome - and found a pre-approved buyer with 50% down in 2 weeks - which really shoved the timeline ahead!)

I'm sure she will like the single level living arrangement. I'd like to find that too...
Her townhome must be in nice condition and in a nice neighborhood to sell that quickly. Nice for her to get it behind her quickly too.
