If you're going to replace a flat tappet cam, it only makes sense to step up to the roller for all the reasons mentioned.
The price is still about double but far less than just a few years ago as they become more main stream.

If going to a roller can and lifters, whats your thought on the rockers? Are you going that route on you engine build?

I already had a set of 1.6 Comp roller rockers so they are going in my new build.
Some interesting rational for hyd roller vs hyd cam. No break in. The profile of the roller allowing to more/better fuel and air flow. Less wear.
