That's cool that you were able to get the 2 consecutive pics..
I like Buffie too.
When my son was 2, he liked Beanie Babies. I was at a truck stop and saw a rack of them and bought 2 Rottweilers. His sat on his night stand and mine, aka Adam Puppy, sat on the dash of the Pete till the day I cleaned it up to sell it. Adam Puppy was only in 17 states but traveled over 600,000 miles. He now sits on my desk.
I took a pic of the Pete when it turned 1 million miles but it is on my old computer. I took another when it would be all 1's, but couldn't find a safe place to stop for over 4 miles...

Sorry it took so long to reply. Road trip to Galveston Tx.
Bought the Burb with 71000 miles. Used Mobil 1 ever since. Tranny rebuilt at 140,000 miles, again at 250,000 Three front differentials since 170,000 miles One transfer case assy. at about 200,000 Otherwise, just the usual, Brakes, Tires, and general maintenance.
Plugs and such at factory recommend intervals.
Other than fluid service, Engine and rear differential never apart.
Change oil every 4000 miles.

Another milestone.
What is next 350350 383383 383383 396396 400400 402402 427427 454454 and 502502.
I have no illusions beyond the next year or two, getting kind of rusty, tires probably have another 20k on them.
Now using high mileage oil 10/40 weight, with an additive.
Best driving vehicle I have ever had!

Really love this Truck. Best road vehicle I have ever owned.
Big block (502) 3/4 ton, 2005 with real bumpers and sheetmetal.
7000 pounds with full fuel and me.
Tows my car hauler like a dream.
Bought it used with 71000 miles. Wish I had another one stashed in the shed, staying dry and not rusting away.
I will keep fixing it until it can't be fixed and then fix it again.
Wife named him Brutus, fits perfectly. His permanent passenger is Buffie, aka the Buffster.
Buffie Buffalo has traveled 229000 miles in Brutus and another 100000 miles in the Big Block Class B camper I used to have.
He has been in 42 states and one Canadian Province.
Never needed a bathroom stop or asked "are we there yet?"
My wife is a good passenger, but not that good.
