The 1st annual Gardner Edgerton High School show was today, and after a bunch of thunderstorms this morning, went to the show along with 68 other cars to support the 2016 graduating class. It was on asphalt, but the wind blew hard enough (imagine that in Kansas...), it kept the humidity and heat down.
It was a Top 20 judged show, and the local Corvette club sponsored and judged it... so guess what, a bunch of Vettes won. Another MACC club member won a top 20 for his '66 post Chevelle, and I pulled in a Best Paint award, which surprised me because my paint is driver quality good, but there were nicer cars there. I guess the felt sorry for me. Lol
