Leroy Nelson has passed away from cancer. Some of you may not know the name. He ran a body shop in east bethel/ isanti area and did a lot of 66-67 chevelle restorations. Some of the club members did a tour of his place a few years ago. He sold I think about 10 chevelles in one lump sale so we went and checked them out before they got shipped out. Heck of cool shop and acerage that he had.

I remember that tour. Actually, NCC put on a show there that day, neat shop, pretty secluded though and not easy to find. He was one of John Sinna's close friends. I never did make it to the auction/sale he had a few years ago. RIP.

Sad news indeed, I think its fair to say he lived his life well and he was always around his hobby.
