Not much info in the ad to go on, but on a '69 you need documentation or matching numbers to "prove" it's legit.
If it's a Kansas built car with an "L" on the trim tag, that would be pretty convincing evidence as well.
I'd say $8-12k depending on how much evidence exists... primer scares me though, wonder what might be hiding under it.

It's back and I'd be very skeptical of it authenticity. It has a/c and looks like a 6,000 rpm tach which do not go together unless the tack was changed but then what else was?
He does claim the block vin matches but decodes to a 325hp so it would be worth a look at the right price.
