There's a red one I see quite a bit around here... had no idea they were that valuable.
One guy used to autocross locally here with a 289-powered Griffith TVR... tiny car that makes my Miata look big.
He had all sorts of trouble keeping it pointed straight. He just moved to AZ, so we won't be seeing that car around anymore. :(

I think this one was in one of the LMC episodes that Peter Klut found. I would love to spend a few minutes talking to him if I ever got the chance. He seems like he is a pretty straight shooter compared to some of the other car dealer celebs.

Most of the factory Tigers had 260ci V8s. This is one of the true factory 289 cars- there were only 633 of them built then.
And yes, Peter seems to be among the sharpest of the TV car guys. He's legit.
I still keep hoping a friend's Austin Healey gets back on the road.

If it's a Sunbeam it'll be a Tiger or a blender - no Alpines... The other British/Detroit contender would be a Jensen Interceptor. But if it's gonna be a non-V8 powered British car it'll be a Midget or TR6
When I was a little kid a neighbor had a white one... anyone have an extra $100K laying around?
