Got this with some carb parts.  It's the wrong primary shaft for the carb it came with.  Thinking it is for a 4150, it came on a 3139 carb which is a 4160.  Thanks for looking.

thanks guys,  Eric Jackson of vintagemusclecarparts.com identified it.  its' just an aftermarket shaft  for either a 4150 or 4160,  The throttle plate is an original from the 65-67 early but the primary shaft had been replaced.
