Then he could get vanity plates that say "salt" on the white car and "pepper" on blackie.

By the looks of the interior, underhood, and "Rhino-liner"... ya gotta wonder what's lurking under the pretty paint...
(and I'd have to get rid of ANOTHER set of Torque-Thrusts...)

What ????? ad says its a solid, dry western car. Rust free, mon, no worries...
It is kind of a cobbled mess under the hood. I especially like the double hose clamps at the thermo housing. It had to have taken patience to get the excess straps to overlap that nice...
Interior is rough looking from a bad pic. Probably an 8k car at best.
I'll take the Torque Thrusts...

If the body is solid as claimed, and the bodywork good quality, I think around $10-12k would be reasonable.
Mechanicals can be upgraded as-needed, and interior work is probably the cheapest part of these cars.
I'd still probably wait for a better deal though... John got a great buy on his.

Makes me wonder what happened to The old Rockfalls track crew car .. ;-)
I'll be going right by this next Friday, if you want me to look at it for you...

Gotta ask Mitch... what the heck are you doing passing through Cambridge, Nebraska? On your way to pick up another project?

I only remember see that car once and they had it priced quite reasonable at the time. Im sure the connections you know at Rock Falls could probably tell you where it ended up.
Ive been wondering what ever happened to the blue one that kept getting relisted last spring and summer that was in Roseville IIRC. Priced around 6500. Guy had it at Car Craft and looking at it in person. He had it priced pretty well IMO.
This is from neither Craigslist nor eBay, but the El Camino is nearby in Maple Lake if anyone is interested . . .
