Ok, I don't like them. Everyone will tell you they like them but I'm just not sure. I think they need to have softer edges on the spokes.

Kevin I admit they are not rims that I really want. But I am having a hard time prying out the $300+ a rim for the ones I want. I thought I would bolt these up and see how they look and if I could live with them. I am still on the fence if I like them or not myself.

Here's the wheel I always like on first gen Camaros. I think the wheels shape blends with the Camaro body lines.
What or who's four wheel disc kit did you use on the car?
This is what I really want. I don't have 4 wheel disc on it yet just stock front disc, but I was going to do the 98-02 LS camaro 4 wheel disc swap. Pretty easy bolt on but needs at least 17" rims.

Chris, I like the ones in the first post, other than the car needs to be lowered an inch in the front and 2 inches in the back to make that look work.
I also like the ones in the pic above as well. Reminds me of a rim that I think used to be called the Uni-Lite made by American Racing. Kind of an old school look from the Can Am racing days.

I like the BMW wheels, but I'm not sure I like the idea of running 5x120mm bolt pattern on 5x120.6mm hubs...
What's the backspacing? Our G8 is 5x120. ;)

I can check the backspacing tonight I did a quick measure the other day but honestly can't remember what they were. I agree on the bolt pattern issue though Justin ran these two season auto crossing with no issue on his chevelle.

Stan, that's the rim I was looking at too. Really can't pony up the price for those. Thought I could get away with the Vectors, but they're not what I exactly want either.

I think they look good. I agree with Stan, needs to be lowered a bit.

The fronts are et14 or about 5.25" and the rears are et26 or 6.25"

What wheels is Justin going with now if he is selling off those BMW wheels then?

The price would have a lot to do with how much I liked them. If they are cheap, they would make do for a while.
I don't buy Cragars anymore since they went to the multi fit slot. I had 2 pair of them work loose on the back of my '70 Chevelle in the 70's and don't buy anything "universal" for wheels.
As for the extra .6 mm that, converts to like 1/32nd of an inch in fractional. I would be more concerned about the metric seat taper and make sure you have the right conversion lug nuts, which I assume you got with the wheels.

They bought another set of the same wheels but went 9.5 inch wide all the way around. They bought two initially but the finish did not match so they had to buy 4.
Thinking about buying these from a buddy. They are 18x8 front and 18x9.5 rear. Tread width is almost 11" on the back. What does everyone think?
Gotta agree, they do look nice ...
