Fyi-There is an Americinn right across the parking lot, so might be worth booking a room if you plan on partying like it's 1999!
If you sign up for their frequent user points program and reserve now for the early bird discount, rooms are around $100 for the night all in, and you build up points for other perks. Might be worth it if you think you and your plus one might have a few adult beverages. Safety first!
Last year, there were a few couples that stayed at the Holiday Inn connected to the Green Mill where we had the Christmas party, and it was worth it not to have to worry about driving afterwards, if you choose to go down that path. Tina and I will be staying the night at Americinn so that we can have some adult beverages safely.
Also RSVP'd to Chad's email below that we'll be there!

Chad requested that everyone RSVP per the email in the first post so that he can track via email instead of having to scroll through this thread. Please RSVP to the following email address:
I made an error of the website, and had the wrong time listed. It is now corrected to 6pm (as stated above).

I also gave up after several attempts (about a week-and-a-half ago) to use the address in this thread. My problem was a little different -- I couldn't even get it to leave my computer when I hit the "SEND" button. I kept getting some kind of error message. I ended up sending Chad a PM with our RSVP.

If I just click on it. Thats what happens like John D explains above and it goes right to my Microsoft's email (outlook, Hotmail, whatever they are using now). However, in my case when I sent my RSVP out. I just copied and pasted the address into my Gmail account. So its not Gmail, its when you click on the link and send it.

For those that are attending the party, please use the entrance to the 'Cedar Room' that is on the South side/East entrance. You can use the main entrance also, but then you need to walk through the restaurant past the bar to get to the Cedar Room.
I think Mr. and Mrs. Linkert Claus have been busy working on the party gifts, and all the raffle gift cards are ready, so it should be a great time for all!!!
Don't forget the unwrapped toy donation, and we will see you there!

Thanks to all who came to the Christmas party despite some slippery roads. Everyone showed up that RSVP'd other than a couple of people, so a good turnout overall!
Thanks to Chad and Shawna for putting the gift bags together again this year, and the personal touches you put on the bags and gifts truly come from the heart.
Congrats to the gift card winners, and Mike S. for winning the best Santa outfit.
Old Chicago worked out great, and like respectable citizens, we were wrapped up by 9 a.m.
Here's a few darker cell phone pics:
Who knows... will this be the last NCC Christmas party? I hope not... as it's always great to catch up with everyone, and we missed seeing the folks that usually attend. Hopefully somebody will pick up the sleigh reins next year.
