Looks like the real deal to me, and has all the right stuff. Seller has original title which should show if it's an SS. Looks mostly complete too. A little high for a project car in price IMO, but having documentation helps a ton.

Price seems very high, unless the floors, braces, rockers, and frame are spotless.
I can't see paying much of a premium for an "SS" with a smallblock, column shift automatic, bench seat, and a gaudy color combo...

It's worth it because of the super rare passenger door speaker. Probably an early Bose option.
