Great pics! Sorry I missed it, but it looks like a great show as usual!
Anyone know the details on that '68 Impala custom coupe parked next to the stickered GTO? It has the SS427 hood, but no fender "gills". Cool and rare car you don't see often!

I can't see the pics from work, but picture taking is a big part of the day. Thank You for taking the time to do it.

I see that Impala at a lot of shows locally too but I dont know enough about them to look at it and even know if what I see on it is correct. Sweet car though. Most of the SS427 cars I see dont have the formal roof like that one.

It did have fender gills, some models are painted body color and some were chrome, It is a real 427 car, 1968 came in coupe or fastback, I dont like the coupe look,

Steve, do you compete in the "Muscle Car Series" at BIR (or a similar series) where the race cars must be licensed and insured? Does it spend any time on the street or does it usually go to events in a trailer?

Its not street legal, I just go for fun, Expensive toy to play with, You have to have chassis certified every three years at 300.00 bucks, New seat belts every 2 years 150.00 bucks, and you have to be nhra licensed and have a physical every two years to keep your license up to date 100.00 bucks

More good pictures from Bryan. It would've been nice to have been there, but the pictures are a nice substitute.
