First, Thank You to the guys who go out and secure our spots. We all owe you a pat on the back, especially since this is an important part of the club's presence and enjoyment. I remember back several years ago when I was actually parking with another group on the main drag and another member asked me where everyone was parked. We couldn't find them, or even where space was saved. Now it's well thought out, planned, and executed nicely.
Business:
I have the club's Welcome to Chevelle Row signs and holders. I also have the chain and padlock. I'll be there all 3 days barring something uncool.
I should also have new fliers for Automania. Make sure you stop by TPIS and thank Jim Hall for being an event sponsor. Their space is usually on Machinery Hill.
I'd like to get a group picture at the Saturday meeting since we rarely get so many together at once. I'd also like to get a pic of each person with their car.
Don't forget your shine stuff, a chair, cold drinks and food (or lots of cash), and sunscreen.
I'll see you there!

Thanks Bryan for posting this.
I'd also like to remind the membership that when spectators are checking out our club stuff at the front table, ANYONE can get up and talk to the masses about the club and the benefits of knowing our group. It doesn't just have to be the Officers that man the front table.
Let's each take a turn so that we each get a chance to talk about the club, but also have a chance to go check out all the other cool stuff at CC. Thanks!
John and Pushrod-Please have the apparel/price list, membership forms, business cards, club stickers, etc. available Friday. I think they are in the tubs at Craig's?
I have a bundle of callenders and they will be $5 to make it easy math.

Ditto... our best "sales tool" is our members. You don't have to know the entire history of the Club, or everyone's name... just recall how you were introduced, and why you decided to join us!

I would add to that, comfortable shoes or footwear as well.
