Looking for a good radiator shop closer to Eagan, I’ve used the guy in Anoka and he does nice work but I’d like to find someone closer to Eagan, any suggestions?
I would also like to gain access to a dynamometer, also called a fish scale that goes to 500 pounds. I want to know the weights of the V6 powertrain being removed and the new LS one being installed.

I can't help you with the radiator shop, but we could put your V6 & trans in my pickup bed, go to Hedberg's in Farmington and drive on the scale to get a measurement, then do the same thing with the LS/trans and get the difference.
There used to be a radiator shop in Bloomington near 90th and Lyndale, but they shut down about a year or so ago, and now that part of the building is vacant.

Hey that’s great, I had planned on just weighting the powertrains to find the delta but knowing the weight at the corners is even better for future suspension improvements. This way I will know the total weight of the finish project including AC and other mods.
Let me know when I can pick them up, I’ll get my starting weight and return them the next day. Then with some luck I’ll drive the Buick to your place next spring for the finial project weight, with the top both up and down. Maybe even have a cold one when where done
I can also drop off the Center Force clutch assembly.
Gosh, I love this site!

I have a set of corner-weight scales you can borrow to weigh things if you'd like.

Derek, Can the corner weight scales be used to measure weight of the car ? I would love to know what my front and rear weighs as well as a total weight. I would like these figures for ordering some front springs and to know what the car actually weighs. If yes could I borrow them ?

Yeah Jim, they weigh all 4 corners individually. Kevin has them now, but you're welcome to use them when he's done with them.

I'm done with mine (gosh I lov this club) 3200 lbs plus the weight of a case of beer, 3218 to be exact. I’ll be returning them to Derek’s this week.
Derek what’s your favorite flavor of Barley Pop?

Dang, I wish I knew that last night. I could've brought Chad's wheels with to relay down to Derek.

Kevin, if I can find a babysitter, I'll be coming up again for karting tomorrow... if no babysitter, I'll be up in 3 weeks.

I don't have a babysitter lined up.
Would you be willing to sit with the boys while I race? They'd love to come watch, and it could save you the trip to my place...

I have no say when it makes it back down as I am borrowing. Whenever, I am looking into new front springs and they want to know the cars weights. front end. I would like to know the cars total weight when I am all done with it this winter. I have not idea what it weighs.
