I could take my '66 to that show. With all the rust holes and multi color paint, it kinda looks like a rat rod...

I've been to a couple of their shows. it's a great time & you get to see cars & trucks you don't normally see on the road. I'm putting that on my calendar right now !

And it's Halloween orange!
We entered the Chevelle last year, and there are all kinds of cars there, not just rat rods in case anyone thought it was just for that type of car.

I really like that show, been going there every year all the way back when it was in the mall parking lot at Lindee's. The mix is probably 20% rat rods, 40% in-process cars and the rest are all almost dones (they're never really done right???)
Last year they moved the flamethrowing to the area so people could watch from the stands which was nice, but not as cool as being close enough to feel the heat.
People watching is a must, and you should bring a few bags of candy. This is a trick or treat show for the kids, so most people have bowls of stuff out for them, and some adults will dress up too.

Note to self ... do not bring grand-son unless you have help. I guess I thought an almost 5-year old would be plenty happy to hang out with all the cool stuff going on but as Chad saw we were rolling out of there just after noon. It was nice to see Ian there as well!
