Matching VIN stamp on a 396 block would be pretty good documentation. Like Chris said, even if it can't be verified, a car that looks that nice in solid conditionĀ is worth the price.
Especially if the description checks out. My favorite 1970 color. If its not a real SS, its still a good price IMO.
