With all this LS talk, this is what I had in mind for a future sleeper Malibu project (watch the video at the 1:35 and 1:45 marks, it's the best part! ):
Stock 6.0 Litre LS Engine (I would do this with a 5.3 since they are cheaper/more available)
Single Turbo
Intercooled
Gotta love the dog dish caps and whitewalls too!
Then I got sucked into this '72 Malibu build where it went from single turbo to twins! Derek will like this one. It reminds me somewhat of what he's done with his suspension wise. Careful, I got sucked into this thread over lunch and it took me 30 min. to read it all!

Turbo'ing the LS series (ecspecially the truck engines) is becoming pretty popular. Cheap driver Malibu + turbo 5.3 = fun. Your gears are turning on this Stan.
If I was going to do forced induction on my LS I was thinking about doing a maggie or whipple (blower). I've had a turbo car and have always wanted a blown car.

And here's one where the guy is putting a twin turbo 4.8L in his '70.
