Do these look like the real deal LS-6 heads for $1350? I'm not interested in them, but thought somebody else might be since they are in Des Moines. They look like regular closed chamber big block heads based on the casting number. Here's what I found for the casting number.

That's actually a good price for fresh heads. I've seen a trend of the vintage performance parts loosing value because of the aftermarket aluminum heads.

Wow!!!
I'm sure somebody somewhere has used those for boat anchors!
I keep telling my wife I'm saving things because they could be worth something someday... but I never seem to save the right things!

Ya- the SB camel humps got real cheap once the market was flooded with better-flowing aftermarket aluminum castings. Makes sense I guess.

But big block heads that came off high HP motors originally still get good money because of the numbers crowd.
A good set that came off a 70 or 71 (Corvette only) LS6 motors get good money, anything after that came from a crate motor. Still decent money but the numbers wont be numbers correct.

What's obsolete and worthless one day, might be unbelievably rare the next...
