If anything, it's a good example of how to list an old and valuable car. I didn't read it thoroughly just scanned it quick, but looks like he wasn't hiding anything. Nice, clear, gave all numbers.

And I didn't think there was exhaust air injection until '71 or '72?
Otherwise, it is nicely done, but that description doesn't seem right.
I'm sure our resident SS Elky expert will let us know.

Think it says, built in Baltimore and imported to Canada for sale. Are you referring to what looks like a window sticker or a build sheet?

I was referring to the description in the ad. Looks like it didn't meet reserve at $86K+.

GM of Canada kept very complete records of ALL vehicles sold in their country whether built there or imported from here.
Air injection on HP cars started in '67 in CA and spread to the rest of the country by '69. My 70 SS had it.
I'm guessing the reserve was around 100k.

Its been on Ebay several times and never makes reserve.
Check out the El Camino on Ebay. Real Ls6 Canada model. All Matching numbers, frame off, museum quality perfect car.
