So once again another year and another deer, last year cost $400 out of pocket by the time everything was said and done for repairs on my Oldsmobile. That was just putting in new glass mirror and other misc. parts that got broken. This year it totaled out the Olds and it will now head to the bone yard. I had dropped comp coverage that was $30 a month and found out that the thing still carried a book of $2850. Replacing it with a 2000 Buick Century I found with 60,000 miles on it and this will get full coverage on it. Just what I really wanted to dump money on.

Sounds like you have Dereks luck. I have an older brother that lived in Wright County and it seemed he hit a deer once a month.
Will you be junking out the car Dave or does the insurance company just come and take it. I might be intrested in the transmission out of it.

Going to the bone yard or who pays the most for it. Will use the little bit I get to get the Camaro out of the shed so I have some room.
