I was just about to post the exact same thing just now. The bad storm just missed us by less then a mile last night but we just got pounded with heavy rain and storm sirens about 20 minutes ago. I have satellite TV so it wasnt working to see any updates until about the last 10 minutes. Found out, one tornado touchdown in the 694/mississippi river area and the 394/100 area. Which both are only a few miles from here.

Saw pics of the damage on TV in North MPLS. Looks nasty. Glad everyone, so far, is OK.
I'm just sick of the whole damn weather pattern this year. Glad it's not still cold enough to be snow but the moisture can STOP anytime now.....
Sun has been out for a while here now and if the grass dries better in the wind, I'll get done mowing. I was out earlier and got soaked getting the 300 feet back to the shed with the tractor.

My commute to school in the morning should be intresting. Can either go 100 to 394 or 694. Either route takes me right past where damages were first reported.

We've been without electricity for over 2 hours now. The storms had passed and the sun was out and there went the power....Wife wants to make dinner, so I dragged the generator out and got it running.

I was heading down to MPLS for some parts and stopped to help Jamie first. When I finally got back on the road and called the guy he said don't come. Street is blocked and a tree is on top of the Bumble Bee Camaro. Saw the pics and it looks to be a rough week for those folks with the cleanup involved and damage sustained.

You were going to see Craig ?? I know he probably has the parts you want, but look them over carefully.

I am still here and no damage. It went to the north of me. I used to live in North MPls near 39th and Girard. Not sure how close that is to all the mess there?

Yes. He's been kicked out of both the Buick and Camaro Clubs in the area for behavioural problems. He will sing a great song about a part that may only be mediocre but at least if you see it in person, you can be the final judge. For the most part, he's an OK guy but gets aggitated easily and that may be from the medication he's on.

Thanks, this is good to know walking in hopefully the parts are decent.
Radar track shows you were in the clobber zone.
