As someone else has in their sig line it's a "time and money pit".

Hard to tell from the pics but it would need to stay on the trailer and be delivered too, for $1500...

Looks about the same condition as the one identical to it (even the primer) that I sold for $4000... that one may even be better.

It's a Chevelle Kit - some assembly required!

Would keep one busy for a couple of years. My guess is$3000 + , a SS would be$8000+.

At 3k, you would have 10 times that in it to be nice and you can buy a done car for less. Why spend 2-3 years and a ton of money on it ??

I could see that car being worth the current bid of 1500 bucks.

That's all true, but I have no doubt it will sell for over $3k, maybe even $4k.
It's a convertible, and convertibles command crazy prices. If it was a hardtop, it would be an $800 car... but it's not.

Ended at $2600 and reserve not met. It'll be back.
I had a '64 Impala SS convert in '71 and that is the last one I need to own. They just don't do anything for me and I don't understand the mentality of paying outrageous sums for them.....

Up for sale is a 1966 Chevy Chevelle Convertible. This car runs and drives great. It features a 6 cylinder engine with automatic transmission. This car needs a complete restoration, but will make a great project car for its lucky owner. I am advertising it as a good driver that you can drive to any local show or cruise in with pride. For a more detailed description or specific picture please give our office a call at 865-988-8088 or Keith's cell at 865-256-7361 or Daniel's cell at 423-807-0600*******Also Send any Trade Offers to SmokyMountainTraders@yahoo.com Thanks!*******
Another one....Marina Blue !! in OH...5k
If I was in the market, I'd be all over this one too. If that is the original intake and carb on the original engine, it would be a rare power pack 283 !!
Project car that has never been restored, has the original??engine, we will be getting it runnin , has auto tranny, car has some rust, has been stored for years..CONVERTIBLE $5900
Seller Phone Number: 330-722-5835
There's MUCH better project cars out there than that junk on ebay.

2600 and reserve not met and its already over priced at that high of a bid. Going to be a tough sell for what he wants. I would have taken that money and ran with it.

No way I would have let it go at 2600... I got $4000 for mine in worse shape than that one, and it sold the day after I listed it on MSP craigslist.
I wouldn't take a penny under $3500.

Without seeing the floor braces and frames of each, and only seeing the trunk floor of the blue one, it's hard to say if those cars are really any better... They need quarters, rockers, doors, fenders, hood, and floor-pans just the same as the primer one. The only thing they have for certain going for them, is that they're still assembled, and don't appear to have been cobbled together by a backyard hack. (which definitely is worth something...)

If this were closer I would bid.
