Took the car out for several drives today, runs and drives great! Got the springs seated correctly in the control arm pockets, and it lowered the front about 1" and raised the back about 1/2". I am going to leave it for now. Can I be considered out of the CAC club? Jaime Munter saw it today so I have another member that can vouch that I did drive it?

Fred is cleaning them up for me. Will be picking them up this week.
As President of the club... I officially remove you from the CAC!!!
I can't wait to see it. Going to make it to Anoka on May 14th for the debut?
I will be there, not sure if I will have the posi-12 bolt and 2004R in by then, but I will be there one-legged or two?
I replied to the easter thread before I seen this. Looks great Loren. How about a shot or two of the engine?
Engine picture as you requested. Needs to be cleaned up yet, and add the wipers and windshield washer lines.

Very impressive and it has a top now. Are you going to put the AC back in?
Yes I plan to put the AC back in, but I think that will be the project for this fall/winter.
Car looks fantastic! my wife wants a bright red convert chevelle, she loves it. I guess I need to look for another project
Thank you,
Plan to do that sometime over the next few weeks. Still have the 10 bolt 3.08 open rearend and TH350 in it at the moment.
Looks like the perfect subject for a calendar car for next year.
