I keep having the same popup window that pops up when I exit the MSN homepage. Doesnt matter if I exit completely or move to another website. Once I move off MSN's homepage, this one single popup window just pops up out of no where. I am convinced its not something from MSN. Its complete irrelivant to anything MSN has on thier webpage. Which tells me I likely have spyware on my computer somewhere now. I ran Lovasoft Adaware and Malwarewarebytes once already and neither showed anything to delete and fix it. Im currently running a Malwarebytes again just in case but I am not sure where to go from here on how to remove this.
What should I do about trying to get rid of this if neither of these 2 software programs I have will work? They have never let me down before. Will I now need to bring the computer in and pay to have it removed?

Download and run SuperAnti Spyware...use the free trial of the Professional version. I have a lifetime subscription.
If that doesn't work and the pop-up takes you to google analytics or epo-click, you need to change the name and password of your router. Google somehow steals them and uses your router to download crap you don't want. I bought a new router to upgrade anyway and haven't had any issues with google since.

If it really gets bad I just wipe the entire PC and reinstall the OS again. I also use carbonite for backup and love it should have done it when I first heard about it.

I may have fixed it on my own actually. Found a few posts on team chevelle and even posted this exact same post over there so the masses could help as well. I guess there is a free microsoft antivirus, malware program called Microsoft Security Essentials that I downloaded and ran a scan of my computer. It didnt seem to help at first but I didnt think to restart(I went right to the MSN page before restarting and it was still doing it). I actually downloaded another recommended free software program which went through my system and required me to restart. Honestly, I think the Microsoft software was the one that caught it. My next move was going to be downloading another malware program called Hitman. One poster said it was the only software that worked when many others wouldnt.
Once I restarted and logged back on. I was taken to a microsoft website saying there was maliscous(sp) spyware removed from my computer and this microsoft page was set as my homepage and that my homepage had to be reset. I put it back to the MSN homepage and now when I exit the homepage to go to another webpage, the popup no longer appears from out of nowhere. So only time will tell if it actually has worked.
