I actually bought a new one with electric start so my wife could use if she needed to. I will be gone 9 days later this month and I wanted her to be able to get out if needed or more then a shovel could handle.
If I went to Arizona I would have to hang out with Rick!

When I met my wife 19 years ago, she had an old 8 horse thrower that she couldn't start. We sold that and got a 5 horse electric start too. This year, I am wishing we still had 8 hp for all the snow !!!

Mine has electric start, and the only time my wife had to use it was after it ran out of gas. Any other time she used it it will start on the 1st or second pull basic 10HP engine.
