I have 6 interested parties already, 2 want to come later today to look at it but 1 guy is on his way from Wisconsin right now.
The frame rust issues prevent me from keeping it as a driver/race car/camper puller. I have had this one since 2003 and I really like the car and how she drives but I just can't justify keeping her right now. I took a few pictures yesterday, should get some more before she goes down the road. I got her for $500, put about $200 and a lot of time in to it. It will make a great daily driver for someone. I have found quite a few different Chevelles already but have to have cash in hand to go look.
Did I mention I really like this car? Gonna miss this one.

I noticed it last night. I would have given club members a shot at it first. Even with the work it needs, I think its listed 2 cheap just because of the popularity of a 70 2 door. Its too bad you decided to sell it. I would have sent the 4 door down the road way before that, may not ever be able to afford a 70 coupe again. But in any case, sorry you have to sell it and good luck with the sale. Dont let anyone haggle you on the price, its already cheap as it is.

After looking around a bit I felt it was a good value and should sell quick. The 4-door is going down the road after my last race in 2 weeks. I am pulling the drive line and may put something else in it to see if I can get a grand for it. There are a few Chevelles out there so it will be fun shopping!

I honestly didn't think anybody from the club would want it because of the rust but it is still currently here, call me up!

Well lookeee there ... we have a Craigslist and eBay section. Thanks for the note. I wasn't actually trying to sell it here as I didn't think anyone in the club would want it, just thinking out loud.

Well, she went down the road tonight to her new home in Sioux Falls, SD. A nice young family man with twin 5-year old daughters is one happy camper tonight. Now, time to get serious on my hunt for another Chevelle. I haven't done this for years so this is gonna be a blast!!!
