That was the organization Dave was talking about many times a few years back. I hope it works out but personally, ill believe it when I see it.

Yeah, Not sure how the locals will react. Would be nice to have something that close. I think we discussed it on here a while back too.

Wow.. another big track looking for national events to pay the bills... Even Nascar is looking at contracting its schedule..

Id be happy to have a Tri state sized strip close to home... something like the old Minnesota dragways.

Yes, we have seen attempts like this at least 2 other times in the last 5 years or so. I also would like to see something close to home and I would support it so lets hope for the best!

Looks like they're going to hold a show at Running Aces on 10/16 11-4pm as a teaser to gain interest in the track. Looks like details to follow.

Also, RKC MN is aka RiceKillers, they have a monday night meeting at Friendly Chevrolet. have to do some searching for them. Looks like all makes welcome. I haven't seen them yet, but I plan on staying one night just to check them out.
