I'm not sure yet if I can make it, AJ's birthday is that weekend...
In the email, it said 25yd range. Is there a longer range available for rifles?
If I come up, I'll bring handguns in .22, .380, 9mm, .40 and .45, and a few fun open sight rifles AR15, AK-47, and M1 Garand.

This sounds like a good time but I am out for this one. If it doesn't work out for others and they still want to shoot some day I have a range at my cabin in Pine City that can be used. It only has one shooting bench but we also shoot a lot of clays.

Long guns are acceptable, the only issue is we will be limited to the 25 yard range as the rest of the ranges are open to other members that day. If it gets real quiet we can sneak out to one of the other ranges but it is doubtful being a saturday.

I'll be bringing my favorite "old-timer's", a Colt 1903 (.32 auto) and a Marlin 39A rifle (.22LR). The Colt's a "mouse gun" by today's standards, but easy to shoot and accurate, the Marlin is one of the best lever-actions ever built, painless to shoot, and crazy accurate at 25yds.
Gander Mountain is about the only place that has 32 auto in stock.

A couple of notes for Saturday.
Anyone who wants to bring their Chevelle, I have about a third of an acre of grass for parking. Part of the road to the range and the parking lot is gravel so I suggest not taking Chevelles to the range. I can take a crew in my truck and Terry D. was over today and said he would drive his truck and would have extra room.
Anyone buying ammo who wants to shoot a 9MM, should buy 9mm Luger, DO NOT 9MM KURZ as that is actually 380 caliber ammo. If anyone is totally unable to find any ammo let me know I just might have some extra I can sell you. It looks like there will be hand guns chambered in 22 caliber, 9MM, 40 S&W, and 45ACP available to shoot. 22 ammo should probably be 22LR.
Don't forget your eye and ear protection.
If anyone has any questions regarding ammo just pm or call me.

I'll be bringing a "jumbo-box" of 22LR, and about 100 of .32ACP (Fleet Farm stocks it!). I'll probably bring a box or 2 of 9mm... I'd like to try a few different pieces.

Just bring some $$ to chip in, or a box of the caliber of gun you'd like to try shooting... It'll work out - if you don't shoot 'em all, the gun owner will. I'll have a few tablets of targets along to blow holes through.

Even with it set as fast as it would capture, between the shooter moving from the recoil or the surprise pressure/sound from someones HANDCANNON (you all know know who you are) I sitll had a had time. I also was playing with light settings and didn't want to ue the flash much so it wouldn't disturb the shooters.
